Giorgio Palumbo graduated with first class honours in Business Economics from Bocconi University. He founded Studio Associato Palumbo (now Palumbo & Partners) in 1979, after spending the first 16 years of his career in Studio Guatri.

His advisory work is based on a personal and direct relationship with the top management of Italian financial companies and businesses. He focuses on strategic planning, tax planning and business reorganisation.

He sits on the Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors of a number of Italian companies.
