Ugo Palumbo is a partner in Palumbo & Partners.

He graduated with honours in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University and he worked at an asset management firm in New York before becoming a Chartered Accountant and Auditor.

He handles business taxation and specialises in international taxation. He has also acquired considerable experience in business valuation and strategic guidance.

He sits on the Board of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors of a number of Italian companies.
